Connecting to and from Newark Airport by Rail
NJ Transit, Amtrak, PATH and NYC Subway
The Newark Airport Rail station serves both NJ Transit and Amtrak giving passengers the option to connect to PATH trains or the NYC subway system.
The cost one way for the AirTrain to or from the airport terminals and Newark Airport Train station is $8.75 per person, in addition to the transit fare. If you do not already have a NJ Transit or Amtrak ticket, you will be charged as you enter or exit the station.

Newark Airport Express Bus

NJ Transit buses
NJ Transit also offers bus service to and from the airport. NJ Transit Go Bus routes include 28, 37, 62, 67, and 107. The routes service the following areas:
- Frequent service from Newark Penn Station (Raymond Boulevard Bus Lanes, Gate 3A during the day, Gate 2A after 10:00 p.m. ET) and Elizabeth
