If you need assistance such as a wheelchair, oxygen, or additional services, contact your airline before your flight to arrange services to ensure a smooth journey.
Wheelchair attendants may accept tips, but they should not ask for one. If you feel pressured to tip, please report the incident.
Using motorized wheelchairs or scooters
You are welcome to use your motorized wheelchair or scooter throughout all terminals at EWR. Contact your airline to arrange safe transport of your motorized device prior to arriving at the airport.
